350 Gr Taro (Weighed After Peeling), Cut About 7mm
Flour Dough
6 tbsp full low pro wheat flour
3 tbsp full cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp salt (forgot to put the time in the video)
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp honey
130 ml ice water
How to make
1. Mix all the ingredients for the flour mixture and pour in the water until the consistency is just right, not too thick.
2. Heat a lot of cooking oil.
3. Dip the taro into the flour mixture until it is evenly coated, put it in the hot oil, take the dough by hand and pour it over the taro to add to the sticky flour.
4. Fry over medium heat until brown, remove and serve with srikaya jam to make it even more delicious 😍
