Ingredients

  • 500 ml UHT milk
  • 200 ml coconut milk @karasantan.id
  • 4 tbsp sugar (to taste)
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water
  • 6 slices of white bread
  • 1 drop pandan essence
  • grated cheese for topping to taste

How to Cook

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except the cornstarch solution. Cook while stirring, test the taste if you like it sweet you can add sugar.
  • 2. When you want to boil, add the cornstarch solution, stir until it boils, remove from heat.
  • 3. Cut the bread according to taste
  • 4. Flush bread with gravy, top with grated cheddar cheese.
  • 5. Serve. Store in the refrigerator, cold is better.
