Durian Cendol Ingredients

  • 1 Bks Nutrijel plain
  • 1 tbsp sago tani
  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tbsp pandanuji sediment

Sugar Ingredients

  • 200 gr palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar (if you like it sweet you can add more)
  • 250 ml water

Coconut Milk Bahan

  • 150 ml thick coconut milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 bunch pandan leaves

Complementary

  • 2 avocados

How to Make Durian Cendol

  • 1.In a saucepan, mix all the cendol ingredients, then mix well, cook until thick. Then put it in a triangular plastic or cendol mold, print it into ice water.
  • 2. Cook all the sugar ingredients until it boils.
  • 3. Cook the coconut milk until it boils
  • 4. Serve cendol with durian, ice cubes and then flush with coconut milk and sugar.
