Ingredients

  • 250 g pumpkin (net weight)
  • 130 gr wheat flour
  • 100 gr sugar (adjust the sweetness)
  • 50 gr melted margarine
  • 1 large chicken egg
  • 250 ml coconut milk 2 pieces of instant coconut milk 65 ml, plus water to 250 ml
  • tsp salt
  • Cheese, chocochips to taste

How to make

  • 1. Steam the pumpkin, mix the coconut milk, water, egg, puree with a chopper/blender until smooth
  • 2. Enter the flour, salt, melted butter, stir using a spatula until smooth, can be filtered if you want a soft result
  • 3. Heat the mold using low heat, lightly grease the mold with margarine, pour the batter 3/4 of the mold, close the mold, wait until the surface of the mud cake sets, add the toppings, cover again until cooked
  • 4. The mold I used Diameter of the pan 8cm, height 2cm
