Nori's Brain
Ingredients
- 250 gr Otak Otak Singapore @seafoodlovers.japfa
- Nori to taste
- enough cornstarch
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 scallion
- Toasted sesame to taste
- Sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth to taste
How to make
- 1. Wrap Otak Otak Singapore with nori, roll up and seal. Cut according to taste.
- 2. Coat in cornstarch, fry until golden brown, remove and drain.
- 3. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant, pour enough water. Add carrots, cook half cooked.
- 4. Add sesame oil, sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and stock powder. Enter the fried Otak Otak, stir until smooth.
- 5. Add scallions and roasted sesame seeds, stir briefly, remove and ready to serve.
