nori's brain

Ingredients

  • 250 gr Otak Otak Singapore @seafoodlovers.japfa
  • Nori to taste
  • enough cornstarch
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 scallion
  • Toasted sesame to taste
  • Sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth to taste

How to make

  • 1. Wrap Otak Otak Singapore with nori, roll up and seal. Cut according to taste.
  • 2. Coat in cornstarch, fry until golden brown, remove and drain.
  • 3. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant, pour enough water. Add carrots, cook half cooked.
  • 4. Add sesame oil, sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and stock powder. Enter the fried Otak Otak, stir until smooth.
  • 5. Add scallions and roasted sesame seeds, stir briefly, remove and ready to serve.
