Spaghetti Petulo Ingredients

  • 150 gr LA FONTE Spaghetti-11
  • Enough water to boil
  • 2 drops of red dye
  • 2 drops red color
  • 2 drops yellow coloring
  • 200 ml instant thick coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pandan leaves

How to Make Spaghetti Petulo

  • 1. Boil LA FONTE Spaghetti-11 pasta with water and coloring in separate bowls until almost soft. Remove and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Take the spaghetti pasta with a fork to taste, turn it on a plastic-lined baking sheet. Steam for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • 3. Boil 500 ml of water, coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves until it boils. Lift.
