Spaghetti Petulo Ingredients
- 150 gr LA FONTE Spaghetti-11
- Enough water to boil
- 2 drops of red dye
- 2 drops red color
- 2 drops yellow coloring
- 200 ml instant thick coconut milk
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pandan leaves
How to Make Spaghetti Petulo
- 1. Boil LA FONTE Spaghetti-11 pasta with water and coloring in separate bowls until almost soft. Remove and let stand for 30 minutes.
- 2. Take the spaghetti pasta with a fork to taste, turn it on a plastic-lined baking sheet. Steam for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 3. Boil 500 ml of water, coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves until it boils. Lift.
