Ingredients

  • 250 gr Medium protein flour
  • 35 gr tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 25 ml cooking oil
  • Kurleb 110-125 ml warm water
  • A sprinkling of tapioca flour sckpnya

Step

  • Mix all ingredients except water, then add water little by little, then mixer until smooth, no need to be elastic
  • Rest for 15 minutes so that the dough is easier to roll
  • After that, roll out the dough thinly while sprinkling with tapioca flour, then print it according to the size of the dumpling mold
  • Then put the skin on the mold, fry it like the one in the video
