Ingredients
- 250 gr Medium protein flour
- 35 gr tapioca flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 25 ml cooking oil
- Kurleb 110-125 ml warm water
- A sprinkling of tapioca flour sckpnya
Step
- Mix all ingredients except water, then add water little by little, then mixer until smooth, no need to be elastic
- Rest for 15 minutes so that the dough is easier to roll
- After that, roll out the dough thinly while sprinkling with tapioca flour, then print it according to the size of the dumpling mold
- Then put the skin on the mold, fry it like the one in the video
