Ogura Gluten Free
Material 1
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 50 gr Mocaf Flour
- 20 ml Liquid Milk
- 30 ml Cooking Oil
- 50 ml Cassava Sugar
Material 2
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 tbsp Lemon/Lime Juice
- A little red coloring
Toppings
- Powdered Sugar and Strawberry Jam to taste
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients 1, mix well using a whisk. Set aside.
- 2. Mixer ingredients 2 until stiff, mix into ingredients 1, mix well using a whisk.
- 3. Divide the dough into 2, give one part with red dye, mix well.
- 4. Pour alternating red and white colors in a round baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- 5. Bake au bain marie with a temperature of 160'C 50 minutes until cooked. Customize individual ovens.
- 6. Once cooked remove from the mold, cool, decorate with powdered sugar and strawberry jam.
