Material 1

  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 50 gr Mocaf Flour
  • 20 ml Liquid Milk
  • 30 ml Cooking Oil
  • 50 ml Cassava Sugar

Material 2

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 tbsp Lemon/Lime Juice
  • A little red coloring

Toppings

  • Powdered Sugar and Strawberry Jam to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients 1, mix well using a whisk. Set aside.
  • 2. Mixer ingredients 2 until stiff, mix into ingredients 1, mix well using a whisk.
  • 3. Divide the dough into 2, give one part with red dye, mix well.
  • 4. Pour alternating red and white colors in a round baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • 5. Bake au bain marie with a temperature of 160'C 50 minutes until cooked. Customize individual ovens.
  • 6. Once cooked remove from the mold, cool, decorate with powdered sugar and strawberry jam.
