Mozreng Aka Fried Mozzarella
Ingredients
- 453 g mozzarella cheese cut into 4
- 132 gr grated parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- Sufficient bread flour
- Right amount of oil
How to make
- 1. Add the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, mix well. set aside
- 2. Dip the mozzarella cheese that has been cut into the egg
- 3. Blend until smooth, do it until it's done
- 4. Put it in the refrigerator and let it set for about overnight so that it freezes and sticks.
- 5. Heat the oil, fry until it turns golden.
- 6. Serve with dipping chili sauce or tomato sauce
