Ingredients

  • 500 gr chicken fillet (me: thigh, more juicy) 😍
  • 150 gr carrots
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 6 cloves of garlic, finely grated
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 100 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 sachet (27 g) powdered milk
  • 35 gr tapioca flour

Coating Material

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 100 gr egg whites, beaten
  • 200 gr bread crumbs

How to make

  • 1. Puree carrots and chicken using Magic Chopper CH 200 @mitochiba.id
  • 2. Combine with all other ingredients, mix well.
  • 3. Put it in a square tin uk. 18x18cm covered with heat-resistant plastic, flatten.
  • 4. Steam over high heat for 30 min/until cooked.
  • 5. Cool, cut according to taste.
  • 6. Spread evenly into flour, egg whites, breadcrumbs while pressing.
  • 7. Store in an airtight box and put in the freezer if you want to stock up.
