Ingredients for Ice Cendol Fusilli

  • 100 gr FUSILLI pasta
  • 2 tbsp pandan paste
  • 1 Lt of water
  • 2 pandan leaves

Coconut Milk

  • 200 ml instant coconut milk
  • 100 gr brown sugar
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 500 ml water
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Complementary

  • ice cubes as needed
  • 100 ml sweetened condensed milk @indomilk

How to Make Ice Cendol Fusilli

  • 1. Bring the water to a boil then add the pandan paste, fusilli paste and salt. Cook until done. Lift and drain.
  • 2. Boil water, add brown sugar, sugar, and pandan leaves. Cook until slightly thick. Remove and cool.
  • 3. Serving: Prepare a glass, add ice cubes, cendol fusilli, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar syrup, serve.
