Material A

  • 13 Egg Yolks (220 g)
  • 60 gr sugar

Material B

  • 20 g Sweet Thick
  • 175 gr Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Pasta

Material C

  • 20 gr Medium Protein Wheat Flour
  • 5 gr Milk Powder

Additional Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Pandan Paste

Toppings And Spread

  • Flattened Prunes
  • Sufficiently Sweet Condensed

How to make

  • Yield 1 Roll (2 Baks 30×22)
  • 1. Beat ingredients A until thick and fluffy.
  • 2. Beat ingredients B until pale and fluffy, add ingredients A and mix well using a spatula.
  • 3. Enter the ingredients C while sifted, mix well using a spatula. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, one part add pandan paste, mix well.
  • 4. Pour into 2 pans measuring 30×22 cm that have been smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough then topping with prunes.
  • 5. Bake at 180'C for about 15 minutes until the surface is browned.
  • 6. After the 1st dough is cooked, turn it over on the parchment paper, spread it with sweetened condensed to taste, then roll it up and knead it.
  • 7. After the 2nd dough is cooked, turn it over on the parchment paper, spread it thickly and then connect it with the first rolled dough.
  • 8. Roll the 2nd dough until it blends with the 1st dough, knead.
  • 9. Store in the refrigerator 30 minutes just cut into pieces.
