Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 90 gr sugar (me: 120 gr)
  • 1 tsp emulsifier
  • 140gr wheat flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (me: paste and chocolate coloring)
  • Red dye.

How to make

  • 1. Beat the sugar, eggs and emulsifier until thick. If the mixer is lifted, the dough will fall slowly and leave a trail.
  • 2. Enter the flour sifted with baking powder. Add flour and then add milk. Mix again on low speed until smooth
  • 3. Take 1 tablespoon of white dough and put it in a piping bag
  • 4. Take another 3 tablespoons of white dough and give it a paste and brown coloring, mix well and put it in a piping bag
  • 5. The rest of the dough is colored red.
  • 6. Pour the red mixture into the cup and then draw the surface like a lady bug.
  • 7. Heat the steamer until steamy, steam the dough over medium heat for 10 minutes.
