Ingredients

  • 375 grams egg white
  • 10 grams SP (I use 1/2 tsp)
  • 175 grams of sugar
  • 135 grams of wheat flour
  • 40 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 grams dark cooking chocolate
  • 125 grams vegetable oil
  • 75 grams sweet thick

Topping

  • Strawberry, mango, grape
  • Chocolate
  • Chocolate ganache

How to make

  • 1. Heat the steamer over medium heat, grease a baking sheet with margarine.
  • 2. Melt dcc mixed with vegetable oil and sweetened condensed milk.
  • 3. Beat egg whites and SP until foamy, add sugar little by little while continuing to beat until fluffy and thick (soft peaks).
  • 4. Add all the flour and BP while sifting and beating on low.
  • 5. Add the liquid ingredients and stir with a spatula until smooth.
  • 6. Pour into the pan, steam over medium heat for 30 minutes until cooked.
  • 7. Remove, cool, spread with chocolate ganache, decorate with fruit and chocolate.
  • Note: The recipe above is for 2 mini round pans and 1 square pan uk 22x10x7 cm
