Butter Cake Meses Ingredients

  • 200 gr butter
  • 150 gr powdered sugar (can be granulated sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 5 Egg whites
  • 150 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 25 g milk powder
  • Meses for sprinkling

How to Make Butter Cake Meses

  • 1.Mix butter, sugar, vanilla until fluffy white.
  • 2. Enter the egg yolks, a little bit of the mixer until blended. Enter the flour, milk powder and cornstarch gradually mixer until blended.
  • 3. Mix the egg whites until stiff, then add the mixture and mix well with a spatula.
  • 4. Grease a 20 cm tin with butter and a sprinkling of flour.
  • 5. Pour the dough into the pan and then bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (adjust according to each oven)
