Ingredients

  • 100 gr cold margarine from the refrigerator
  • 150 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Filling Material

  • 230 gr steamed pumpkin
  • 150 gr liquid milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 40 gr sweet thick
  • 2 eggs, large size

How to make ;

  • * mix margarine, powdered sugar and flour, adjust until the texture is grainy, unite then flatten with plastic, flatten to a thickness of 1/2 cm
  • * Grease a 18-inch pie pan with thin margarine, put the pie crust that has been flattened earlier, trim it, then pierce the base with a fork. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • * Mix all filling ingredients except eggs. Blend until completely smooth, place in a bowl.
  • * In another container, beat the eggs, do not let it foam, then strain, mix into the blended mixture earlier. Stir well
  • * Remove the pie crust from the refrigerator, pole the filling dough on it until it is almost full.
  • * Bake until cooked.
  • * let it cool, put in the refrigerator, serve cold more delicious.
