Ingredients

  • – 250 gr Moli Banana (7 pieces, depending on the size, puree)
  • – 200 gr medium protein flour
  • - 2 eggs
  • – 150 gr palm sugar
  • – 120 miles of cooking oil
  • – 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • – 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • – 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • – 1/4 tsp salt
  • – 1 white SKM sachet

Toppings

  • - grated cheese to taste
  • – Banana slices

How to make

  • 1. Beat / stir with a whisk: eggs, palm sugar and vanilla powder until well mixed and the sugar is dissolved
  • 2. Then add the mashed banana, white SKM, stir until well blended
  • 3. Enter the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, sieve and add little by little while stirring until evenly distributed
  • 4. Finally, add the cooking oil, stir until thoroughly mixed
  • 5. Prepare a 22 cm tin that has been smeared with thin margarine and sprinkle a little flour, then put the dough into the pan, sprinkle it with grated cheese and give sliced ​​bananas
  • 6. Bake until cooked according to each oven
  • Note: if you don't have palm sugar, you can replace it with combed brown sugar (palm)/sugar, baked/steamed as well.
