– 250 gr Moli Banana (7 pieces, depending on the size, puree)
– 200 gr medium protein flour
- 2 eggs
– 150 gr palm sugar
– 120 miles of cooking oil
– 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 white SKM sachet
Toppings
- grated cheese to taste
– Banana slices
How to make
1. Beat / stir with a whisk: eggs, palm sugar and vanilla powder until well mixed and the sugar is dissolved
2. Then add the mashed banana, white SKM, stir until well blended
3. Enter the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, sieve and add little by little while stirring until evenly distributed
4. Finally, add the cooking oil, stir until thoroughly mixed
5. Prepare a 22 cm tin that has been smeared with thin margarine and sprinkle a little flour, then put the dough into the pan, sprinkle it with grated cheese and give sliced bananas
6. Bake until cooked according to each oven
Note: if you don't have palm sugar, you can replace it with combed brown sugar (palm)/sugar, baked/steamed as well.
