Banana Sponge Palm Sugar Cheese
Ingredients
- – 250 gr Moli Banana (7 pieces, depending on the size, puree)
- – 200 gr medium protein flour
- - 2 eggs
- – 150 gr palm sugar
- – 120 miles of cooking oil
- – 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- – 1/2 tsp baking powder
- – 1/2 tsp baking soda
- – 1/4 tsp salt
- – 1 white SKM sachet
Toppings
- - grated cheese to taste
- – Banana slices
How to make
- 1. Beat / stir with a whisk: eggs, palm sugar and vanilla powder until well mixed and the sugar is dissolved
- 2. Then add the mashed banana, white SKM, stir until well blended
- 3. Enter the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, sieve and add little by little while stirring until evenly distributed
- 4. Finally, add the cooking oil, stir until thoroughly mixed
- 5. Prepare a 22 cm tin that has been smeared with thin margarine and sprinkle a little flour, then put the dough into the pan, sprinkle it with grated cheese and give sliced bananas
- 6. Bake until cooked according to each oven
- Note: if you don't have palm sugar, you can replace it with combed brown sugar (palm)/sugar, baked/steamed as well.
