Ingredients

  • – 3 packs bang – bang
  • – 1/2 pack of cream crackers
  • – 3 tbsp butter, melted

Cream Cheese

  • – 50 gr whipped cream powder
  • – 125 ml of liquid milk
  • – 100 gr cheese spread
  • – 1 sachet of sweet thick FF gold (add if you want it sweeter)

Choco Ganache

  • – 50 gr whipped cream powder
  • – 100 ml of water
  • – 125 gr DCC, chopped
  • – 1 tsp butter

How to make

  • – Crust: Puree the cracker until smooth, pour into a bowl, add melted butter. Stir well.
  • – Divide the crust dough into 3 parts, pour into a dessert jar, compact. set aside
  • - Mix whipped cream powder and cold milk in a bowl, then beat on high speed until stiff. Enter the spread and sweetened condensed cheese, beat briefly until blended.
  • - Pour the choco ganache into each jar. Let it set a bit, then put pieces of beng - beng on top. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to cool. Serve
