Chocolate Cake Ingredients / Chocolate Melt Pudding
- 10 pieces of marie biscuits
- 40 gr melted butter / can use margarine
- 20 grams of cornstarch
- 4 grams of agar2 swallow plain flour
- 100 grams of sugar (adjust to taste, if you like it sweet you can add more)
- 200 grams CALLEBAUT 811
- 580 ml liquid milk / UHT full cream
- Meises (optional)
How to Make Chocolate Cake / Chocolate Melted Pudding
- 1. Crush the marie biscuits using a chopper/blender then add the melted butter, stir until well blended. Pour into the spring form pan then flatten and press with the bottom of the glass to solidify. Then store in the refrigerator to set.
- 3. In a saucepan, add cornstarch, agar-agar flour, sugar and liquid milk. Stir using a whisk until well blended then add the chocolate
- 4. Place the pot on the stove, then turn on the heat to a low one. Keep stirring until it boils, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for a while while continuing to stir so that the results are smooth. Then turn off the fire
- 5. Lift and lower the pan from the stove, stirring constantly until the steam is slightly gone. Remove the pan from the refrigerator, then pour the chocolate mixture, smooth it out.
- 6. Chill a few hours in the refrigerator, sprinkle with chocolate meises. Remove from the pan, serve.
