Chocolate Pudding Ingredients

  • 2 packs of chocolate jelly
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 900 ml water
  • 100 gr chocolate bars (DCC)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150 gr sugar

Vanilla Pudding Ingredients

  • 2 packs of plain jelly
  • 400 ml liquid milk
  • 700 ml of water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 150 gr sugar

How to make

  • 1. Vanilla custard: mix the agar-agar, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla powder, liquid milk and water in a saucepan, stir. Turn on the heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Turn off the heat, leave until the hot steam is gone, then splash (hallah the language😀) using a whisk or spoon into the pudding mold to form a motif, let it harden.
  • 2. Chocolate pudding: mix all ingredients in a saucepan, stir. Turn on the heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Turn off the heat, leave until the hot steam is gone, then splash it into the pudding mold that already has a white motif, let it harden.
  • 3. Pour in the chocolate pudding mixture, allow it to harden halfway, then pour in the vanilla pudding mixture (if the dough has already hardened, you can heat it again to melt it). Allow to harden, cut into pieces and serve with vla.
