Ingredients

  • 250gr Rice Flour Deli Ball
  • 250gr BALL Deli Fine Sugar (according to taste).
  • 175gr Tapioca Flour Deli BALL
  • 900cc coconut milk (I'm from 2 small UK coconuts).
  • 100cc water telang flower steeping
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp whiting.

Baluran

  • 1/2 btr grated coconut.
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 sheets of pandan leaves, knot.
  • Steam -+10 minutes, set aside.

Method

  • Cmpr all ingredients mix well.
  • Prepare a greased mold.
  • Heat the steamer
  • Pour the batter into the mould.
  • Steam -+30 minutes (until cooked).
  • Cool then remove from the mold.
  • Sprinkle/sprinkle grated coconut
  • Ready to be served.
