Yet Yet Telang Flower
Ingredients
- 250gr Rice Flour Deli Ball
- 250gr BALL Deli Fine Sugar (according to taste).
- 175gr Tapioca Flour Deli BALL
- 900cc coconut milk (I'm from 2 small UK coconuts).
- 100cc water telang flower steeping
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp whiting.
Baluran
- 1/2 btr grated coconut.
- pinch of salt
- 2 sheets of pandan leaves, knot.
- Steam -+10 minutes, set aside.
Method
- Cmpr all ingredients mix well.
- Prepare a greased mold.
- Heat the steamer
- Pour the batter into the mould.
- Steam -+30 minutes (until cooked).
- Cool then remove from the mold.
- Sprinkle/sprinkle grated coconut
- Ready to be served.
