Material

  • – 140 ml of liquid milk (milk)
  • – 175 Gr of unsalted butter (unsalted butter)
  • – 140 Gr Dark Chocolate (Couverture, better too)
  • – 4 whole eggs (whole eggs)
  • – 160 G Sugar (sugar)
  • – 155 Gr Medium/all-purpose protein flour (All-purpose flour)
  • – 20 gr Cocoa powder (Cocoa powder)
  • – 3 gr / 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  • – 3 gr / 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • – 1/4 Tsp Salt (1/4 Tsp salt)

How to

  • 1. Preheat oven to 175°C
  • 2. Double boiler chocolate, butter & milk … set aside.
  • 3. Sift dry ingredients. Set aside.
  • 4. Mix eggs & sugar until thick (but not stiff).
  • 5. Add dry ingredients & chocolate mixture together.
  • 6. Mixer until well blended.
  • 7. Put in a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper.
  • 8. Bake for 35 minutes or until done. Adjust with oven msg2.
