Bread Ingredients

  • 250 gr high protein flour
  • 3 gr Instant Yeast
  • 85 gr Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 80 ml Ice Water
  • 30 g Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Bagelen Bread spread
  • 75 gr Margarine
  • 85 gr Butter
  • 70 gr refined sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk powder

Step

  • 1. Mixer flour, yeast, water until smooth
  • 2. Then add butter, salt, mix again until elastic, let stand and cover until doubled in size
  • 3. Divide the @25gr dough, round it, arrange it on a baking sheet, let it rise again until it has doubled
  • 4. Grease with UHT milk, then bake at 160 C for 20 minutes on fire up and down / depending on each oven
  • 5. Remove and cool
  • 6. Split into 2 pieces of bread, then spread with the spread,
