Material A Layer In Pudding (Plain)

  • 1/2 pack of red agar
  • 1/2 pack of green agar
  • 400 ml plain uht milk (divide 2)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for 2)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (divide 2)

Material B Outer Layer (Fruits)

  • 1/2 bks agar2 plain
  • 1/2 pack of Nutrijel Lychee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 400 ml boiled water
  • Fresh fruit according to taste, cut into cubes

How to Create an Inner Layer (Plain)

  • 1. Put plain uht milk, 200 ml into the saucepan, add 1 tablespoon sugar, red agar, mix well using a whisk (the fire is not on yet)
  • 2. Turn on the fire, cook until it boils while stirring, add the vanilla extract just before turning off the fire
  • 3. Pour the pink dough into a 15cm diameter round pan.
  • 4. Let it cool
  • 5. Cook the green dough, in the same way as the pink dough above.
  • 6. Pour the green dough over the pink dough, after the pink dough has not set. set aside

How to Create the Outer Layer (Fruits)

  • 1. Put plain agar and nutrijel lychee together with boiled water and sugar into the saucepan. Stir well
  • 2. Turn on the fire, cook the dough until it is cooked while continuing to stir. Turn off the fire, set aside

Solution

  • 1. Take a 20 cm diameter round tin, take the pudding in the inner layer too. Remove the inner layer of pudding from the tin, then put the pudding into a 20 cm diameter tin
  • 2. Put the fruit into the edges of the pudding in the inner layer until it is full, then pour it with the outer layer of pudding mixture until all the fruit is covered with the pudding mixture.
  • 3. Let cool and set. Enter the refrigerator. Very fresh, enjoy it cold
