Ingredients

  • 17 egg yolks (me 15)

  • 3 gr instant coffee
  • 75 gr triangular flour (me 60 gr)
  • 5 grams of powdered milk
  • 3 g Spikoek powder
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 150 gr melted butter

The method

  • 1. Mix the eggs and brown sugar until thick
  • 2. Enter the flour with a low speed mixer, enter the cornstarch, coffee, powdered milk, low speed Spikoek mixer.
  • 3. Add the melted butter and mix with a spatula.
