Ingredients

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 35 grams of wheat flour
  • 65 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • 5 grams of cornstarch
  • 60 grams margarine (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pandan paste
  • Toppings:
  • Almond slices and raisins

Method

  • 1. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until thick.
  • 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch and milk powder, stir with a spatula until well blended,
  • 3. Next, take 3 tablespoons of dough, put it in melted margarine, add pandan paste, mix well, then pour into the dough, stir slowly until homogeneous
  • 4. Put it in a 20×10 cm pan that has been lined with baking paper, put it in the oven,
  • 5. Bake using a fire up and down, after 10 minutes sprinkle with almonds and raisins roast again for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until cooked,
