How Do You Roll Bread With Wool Rolls?
Shape dough into a ball and transfer to a buttered bowl; let rise until doubled in size, 60 to 90 minutes. transfer dough to work surface and press into a round disk. use a bench scraper to cut dough like a pie, into 5 equal wedges. form each portion into a ball of dough.
Ingredients
- 260 gr high protein flour, me Cakra
- 3 g instant yeast
- 160-180 gr of one large egg plus liquid full cream milk
- 30 g sugar
- 2 g salt
- 30 gr butter

How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients (except butter) together until the dough is smooth
- 2. Mix the butter into the dough and knead it until it's elastic
- 3. Divide the dough into 5 parts, take 1 part, roll, slice the ends, put the meses filling, roll up, trim.
- 4. Place in a round baking pan that has been greased with butter and on a baking paper (2 cm diameter pan).
- 5. Let the dough rise 2 times. Grease with spread material (me full cream liquid milk). Oven with a temperature of 175 degrees for 25 minutes according to each oven.
