Ingredients

  • 300 gr low protein flour
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Athena baking powder @zeelandia_indonesia
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 170 ml liquid milk
  • 20 g butter
  • Green, blue, purple, yellow and red food coloring.
  • Filling : chocolate chocochips

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, yeast and liquid milk. Knead until evenly mixed.
  • 2. Add white butter, knead until smooth, the dough is well mixed and smooth.
  • 3. Divide the five doughs equally, add food coloring to each, knead until well blended
  • 4. Round - round. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • 5. Take one dough roll lengthwise, 3/4 of the pieces - cut lengthwise. Add filling, then roll. Arrange on a 20 cm diameter round tin that has been smeared with margarine. Do it to the end. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Heat the steamer until it boils. Steam the dough over medium heat for 20 minutes, cover the steamer with a cloth.
