Material A

  • 270 gr high protein flour
  • 60 gr sugar
  • 6 g yeast
  • 30 g powdered milk
  • 1 tsp taro paste (add more if the color is still pale)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 130 ml ice water

Material B

  • 35 gr margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Stuffing Ingredients

  • Choco chips
  • Cheese+milk powder+skm stirred

Polishing Material

  • Liquid milk

Step

  • • mix egg yolks and water mix well.
  • • In a bowl, add ingredient A, mix with a mixer on medium speed, when it's half smooth, add ingredient B again until it becomes elastic and transparent (windowpane). Then rest the dough for about 30 minutes.
  • • prepare a size pan that has been smeared with margarine
  • • when it's been 30 minutes, deflate the dough then divide the dough per 45gr get 12 pcs resting 10 minutes, then roll the dough filled with stuffing. Rest again for 45-1 hours (until it doubles in size)
  • • panaskan oven disuhu 180°c selama 10 menit api atas bawah
  • • oles adonan menggunakan susu cair , panggang selama kurang lebih 20-25 menit.
  • Setelah matang oles permukaan nya dengan butter. Siap disajikan.
