Ingredients

  • 250 gr High Protein Flour
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 4 gr Instant Yeast
  • 1 Egg + warm liquid milk up to 180 ml
  • 30 gr Melted Butter

Grease Before Oven

  • 1 Egg Yolk+1 Tbsp Liquid Milk
  • Panir Flour For Sprinkling Enough

Spread After Cooking

  • Butter to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix the yeast with the liquid milk, mix well, add the eggs and melted butter, mix well.
  • 2. Mix the flour and sugar, mix well, add the liquid milk, yeast, eggs, melted butter, stir with a spoon or a spatula until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap or napkin, let stand 60 minutes until fluffy.
  • 3. Deflate the dough (hand first with butter so it doesn't stick) knead lightly, divide into 12 (@40gr kurleb) then round.
  • 4. Roll the dough lengthwise, then roll it lengthwise (do the sequence starting from the first rounded). Wrap it in a Cannoli mold that has been smeared with thin margarine.
  • 5. Arrange the bread on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, let stand until doubled in size 20-30 minutes.
  • 6. Brush the surface of the bread with egg yolk + liquid milk, partly sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Oven temperature 170'C 20-25 minutes. Customize individual ovens.
  • 7. Once cooked in a hot state, immediately brush the surface of the bread with butter.
