Glutinous Ingredients

  • 2 cups magicom white glutinous rice soaked for 4 hours
  • 1 lb pandan leaves conclude
  • 30 ml thick coconut milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml of water to season the rice

Pandan Ingredients

  • 500 ml coconut milk (3 sachets @65 ml 500 ml water)
  • 125 gr tapioca flour
  • 50 gr rice flour
  • 3 pandan leaves, conclude
  • 5 tbsp suji leaf juice
  • Pandan food coloring to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 250 gr sugar according to taste

The method

  • 1. For Sticky Rice
  • Pour the coconut milk, add all the other ingredients, mix well, then add the rice until the water runs out & the rice looks like half cooked. Lift. Then steam it until it's cooked, don't let it get too soft. Take it out, put it in the mold and press it tightly until it's even. Steamed in a saucepan over low heat
  • 2. For the Pandan Layer
  • Combine all ingredients, stir well then cook for a while, just until it's thick, remove and then pour over the rice that has not been steamed while filtered, smooth. Cook until cooked, remove from the pot and let it come to room temperature. Then cut according to taste, line the knife with plastic spy the results are neatly cut, ready to be served
