Ingredients

  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 75 ml of warm water
  • (Leave 15 minutes until foamy)

Odading Ingredients

  • 250 gr medium pro flour
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Sprinkled

  • Sesame to taste

How to Make Pillow Bread/ Odading

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, eggs and starter ingredients, mix well and knead lightly.
  • 2. Enter margarine and salt, mix and knead briefly until margarine blends with the dough.
  • 3. Roll the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Then deflate and flatten. Roll the thickness according to taste. Smooth the edges and cut the dough according to taste.
  • 4. Brush the top with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds, let stand 20 minutes (cover with cloth/plastic) and fry over medium heat while alternating.
  • 5. If it is browned, remove and drain.
