Ingredients

  • – 8 eggs
  • – 230gr granulated sugar
  • – 1 tsp emulsifier
  • – 250gr wheat flour
  • – 100 ml liquid milk
  • – 100 ml of oil
  • – 1 tsp baking powder
  • – 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • – 1 drop of pink coloring
  • – 1 drop of purple dye
  • – 1 drop of yellow dye
  • – 1 drop of green dye

Toppings

  • Whipcream + Cherry

Method

  • – prepare a 20x20cm baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper and smeared with margarine, heat the steamer, wrap the lid with a cloth so that the water does not drip
  • – mixer on high speed, eggs, sugar and emulsifier until stiff white fluffy
  • - add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixer on low speed, until well blended
  • - Pour the milk and oil, stir again until well blended
  • - divide the dough equally, and give each color
  • - pour into the pan per color, steamed 10 minutes
  • - last color steamed for 20 minutes or until cooked
  • (because I'm half the recipe, so I pour the dough per color randomly, not per layer)
  • – decorate with whip cream
  • - ready to be served
