– prepare a 20x20cm baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper and smeared with margarine, heat the steamer, wrap the lid with a cloth so that the water does not drip
– mixer on high speed, eggs, sugar and emulsifier until stiff white fluffy
- add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixer on low speed, until well blended
- Pour the milk and oil, stir again until well blended
- divide the dough equally, and give each color
- pour into the pan per color, steamed 10 minutes
- last color steamed for 20 minutes or until cooked
(because I'm half the recipe, so I pour the dough per color randomly, not per layer)
