Unicorn Steam Cake
Ingredients
- – 8 eggs
- – 230gr granulated sugar
- – 1 tsp emulsifier
- – 250gr wheat flour
- – 100 ml liquid milk
- – 100 ml of oil
- – 1 tsp baking powder
- – 1 tsp vanilla essence
- – 1 drop of pink coloring
- – 1 drop of purple dye
- – 1 drop of yellow dye
- – 1 drop of green dye
Toppings
- Whipcream + Cherry
Method
- – prepare a 20x20cm baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper and smeared with margarine, heat the steamer, wrap the lid with a cloth so that the water does not drip
- – mixer on high speed, eggs, sugar and emulsifier until stiff white fluffy
- - add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixer on low speed, until well blended
- - Pour the milk and oil, stir again until well blended
- - divide the dough equally, and give each color
- - pour into the pan per color, steamed 10 minutes
- - last color steamed for 20 minutes or until cooked
- (because I'm half the recipe, so I pour the dough per color randomly, not per layer)
- – decorate with whip cream
- - ready to be served
