Cookie Ingredients
- 300 gr Cake Margarine (sy, margarine mix butter)
- 100 gr refined sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 500 gr Low Protein Flour
- 1 tbsp Maizena
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Cutter Cookies according to taste
How to make
- 1. Beat margarine, butter & powdered sugar until soft. Add the egg yolks one at a time, beat until well blended. Turn off the mixer
- 2. Enter the vanilla, flour & cornstarch (with sifted) stir until the dough can be formed
- 3. Roll out the dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm. Print with cookie cutter. Arrange on a baking sheet (I put it in the fridge 10 minutes before it is baked so that it sets and the shape is neat and doesn't smudge)
- 4. Bake in the oven at 140'C for 30 minutes or until cooked (adjust the oven temperature). Remove & let cool and decorate
Royal Icing Ingredients
- 100 gr Egg White
- 500 gr Refined Sugar (I, Icing Sugar)
- 1 tsp Lemon Water
How to Make Icing
- 1. Mix egg white & icing sugar, mix well. Continue to beat with a mixer until it forms a cream. Add lemon juice, mix well. Turn off the mixer
- 2. Divide according to the desired color. Put each into a piping bag.
- 3. Decorate cookies with royal icing. After drying, rub the surface with a little boiled water using a brush, attach the Edible Stamp.
