Swedish Choco Cake

Ingredients

  • 170gr melted butter (I use 160gr)
  • 250 gr granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 90 gr low protein flour
  • 45 gr cocoa powder
  • 30 ml sour cream (can use whip cream)

Method

  • Beat sugar & eggs until fluffy, add flour & cocoa powder, then add sour cream & melted butter which has cooled a bit, pour into a tin that has been lined hard, uk 20×20
  • Bake at a temperature of around 160°C, fire up and down for about 30-40 minutes until cooked.. Take it out and cut it into pieces then add toppings according to your taste...
  • Wait for it to cool down so it doesn't crumble
