Ingredients
- 250 gr high protein flour
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 160 ml of warm water (warm, not hot)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil (I use canola oil)
- A little salt
Pizza Topping
- 1 can of instant tuna (I use a 150gr brand chicken brand)
- 1/2 stick of sweet corn (you can use canned sweet corn)
- Mayonnaise to taste (optional)
- Balognese sauce to taste (I use Delmonte)
- Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Parsley
- 1 recipe above is for 2 pizza pans with a diameter of 24cm, I used only tuna and corn in the 1st pan, I added peppers, onions and mushrooms to the 1st pan (coincidentally, there was a little stock so I finished it )
Method
- 1. Activate yeast: mix warm water, sugar and yeast, stir for 10 minutes until yeast is active and foamy
- 2. Mix flour, yeast solution that is not active, salt and oil, knead until smooth, doesn't need to be elastic, just until it's smooth, the dough isn't sticky to my hands, I haven't kneaded it for about 10 minutes
- 3. Divide the dough into 2 parts, flatten the dough with a rolling pin until it is thin and round, arrange it on a pizza pan that has been lightly greased with oil, trim it, do it to the second pan too, then let stand 25-30 minutes until slightly fluffy
- 4. Prick the middle with a fork then sprinkle the toppings according to taste
- 5. Oven at 200 degrees 25 minutes, fire up and down, put it on the shelf below so that the top doesn't burn (previously the oven was preheated for 10 minutes)
