Coconut Unti Ingredients

How to Make Coconut Unti

  • 1. Grate coconut (me: use cheese grater so that the fiber is large), don't make the coconut too old
  • 2. Prepare a non-stick pan, add water, comb brown sugar, stir until the sugar is dissolved
  • 3. Enter 1 pandan leaf, salt and grated coconut, stir and cook until the water shrinks
  • 4. Then add the sugar, stir and check the taste, stir until dry over low heat
  • 5. Remove and let it cool, after it cools it can be used for stuffing

Leather

  • – 325 grams of medium protein flour
  • – 5 tbsp sugar
  • – 160 -170 miles of warm water
  • – 1.5 tsp instant yeast (fermipan)
  • – 1/2 tsp salt
  • – 3 tablespoons butter (palmia butter margarine)

How to make

  • 1. Instant yeast, sugar mix together, add a little warm water, stir until well blended, cover and let stand for 10 minutes so that the yeast is active
  • 2. In a container, add the flour, then pour the yeast that has been activated earlier, stir until evenly distributed, add the remaining warm water little by little while stirring until evenly distributed.
  • 3. Continue to stir and knead by hand until half smooth
  • 4. After half knead, add salt and butter, stir and knead until the dough is smooth and soft, round the dough for / cut into several parts, form small rounds and arrange in a container until the dough runs out, rest and cover with a napkin for 30 minutes so the dough rises
  • 5. After 30 minutes, take the dough, flatten it and fill it with coconut unti, cover it and make it round, do this until the dough runs out
  • 6. Prepare hot oil, fry the cake until it is brownish yellow, just turn it over once, remove it and drain it after it is cooked
