Desert Lotus Cream Tiramizu
Ingredients
- 250 gr mascarpone / cream cheese can
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee, diluted with 150 ml of water
- 75 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 pack of lotus biscuits 225gr
Cream Ingredients
- 150 gr cafe cream powder @krimkafe
- 75 ml ice water
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 10 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Beat the cafe cream powder @krimkafe + water, sugar until smooth..
- Then add the lemon juice, beat quickly….it will harden and be creamy in time..
- Shake the mascarphone & powdered sugar, then add 3 tablespoons of coffee liquid, shake again..
- Put in the cream & vanilla ingredients, beat until soft.. put it in a plastic piping bag
- Arrange the biscuits into a container, flush with the coffee liquid. Then spray with cream cheese, stack the biscuits again, flush again with coffee.. do so until they are full..
- Sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder, chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours (I have overnight) serve..
