Bottom Layer Bahan

  • 125 rice flour
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp whiting water
  • 300 ml medium thick coconut milk
  • 150 ml pandan juice

Top Layer Material

  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour

How to Make a Green Case

  • Heat the steamer.
  • Boil coconut milk, pandan juice until it boils, stir so it doesn't break
  • • Mix the rice flour, sugar, salt, whiting water, pour the hot coconut milk while stirring until well blended
  • Then pour into the greased baking dish, steam evenly until cooked.
  • • Mix all the ingredients for the top layer, then steam over the green dough that has been cooked, steam again for 20 minutes. Let it cool before cutting and ready to serve
