Chocolate Roll Sponge
Ingredients
- – 45 gr tpg. Low protein flour.
- – 5 grams of powdered milk
- – 5 g tpg. Maizena
- – 5 g cocoa powder
- – 4 whole eggs
- – 55 grams of sugar
- – 1 tsp SP
- – 85 g butter, melted
- – 1/2 tsp blackforest chocolate paste
Filling
- Nutella
- grated cheese
Method
- - Mix all ingredients into 1. (except melted butter).
- - Beat until thick. Add melted butter, mix well.
- - Pour the dough into a 24x24x3 cm pan that has been smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper.
- – Bake for +/- 15 min at 200°C or adjust it with msg2 oven.
- - Let it come to room temperature.
- Grease with Nutella & cheese, grated.
- Roll & compact.
