Chocolate Roll Sponge

Ingredients

  • – 45 gr tpg. Low protein flour.
  • – 5 grams of powdered milk
  • – 5 g tpg. Maizena
  • – 5 g cocoa powder
  • – 4 whole eggs
  • – 55 grams of sugar
  • – 1 tsp SP
  • – 85 g butter, melted
  • – 1/2 tsp blackforest chocolate paste

Filling

  • Nutella
  • grated cheese

Method

  • - Mix all ingredients into 1. (except melted butter).
  • - Beat until thick. Add melted butter, mix well.
  • - Pour the dough into a 24x24x3 cm pan that has been smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper.
  • – Bake for +/- 15 min at 200°C or adjust it with msg2 oven.
  • - Let it come to room temperature.
  • Grease with Nutella & cheese, grated.
  • Roll & compact.
