Baked Penne
Ingredients
- 300 gr penne
- 4 lbs smoked beef
- 1 pc large sausage
- 4 pcs chopped white onion
- 1/2 pc chopped onion
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 700 ml liquid milk
- 120 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 handful of fresh basil (you can skip it if you don't have it)
- 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp olive oil
- A little salt (I use sea salt, salty is better)
- Black pepper / black pepper to taste

How to Cook
- 1. Bring water to a boil, add a little oil and salt, add penne, cook until aledente, drain
- 2. Melt the butter, add olive oil, add all the garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add smoked beef and sausage, stir fry for a while, add flour, stir briefly, add milk, cheese, salt, black pepper, italian seasoning, mix well, wait boil, add basil, mix well, turn off the heat, add penne, mix well again
- 3. Prepare a heat-resistant dish, pour into the penne into the pan, sprinkle with mozzarella, bake 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees until the mozzarella is melted and slightly brown, remove, serve
Note
- For example, if you don't want to bake, you can do that, after the penne is mixed with the sauce, it can be served immediately.
