Valrhona Onana Steamed Brownies
Ingredients
- 100 gr Valrhora DCC Guanaja 70%
- 125gr Butter
- 4 Chicken Eggs
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Ovalet
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 75gr all-purpose flour
- 30 gr Valrhona cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 60 gr SKM Chocolate flavor
How to make
- 1. Double boil butter and Valrhona DCC until melted, stir until thoroughly mixed, remove from heat and leave to room temperature.
- 2. Beat eggs, sugar, Ovalet and Vanilla Extract, beat until thick and traced.
- 3. Enter the mixture of flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder that has been sifted. Beat briefly on low speed, as long as it's well mixed.
- 4. Enter the mixture of Valrhona DCC and melted butter earlier, stir back with a spatula.
- 5. Set aside 70 gr of the dough and add it with SKM Chocolate, stir until well blended.
- 6. Divide into 2 parts of the Brownies dough. Prepare a 24×10 cm brownie pan, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and pour 1 part of the brownies mixture into the pan, flatten and beat 2-3 times, steam for 10 minutes (don't forget to preheat the steamer first).
- 7. Remove the pan from the steamer, pour the batter mixed with the Chocolate SKM earlier and smooth it out. steam again for 10 minutes.
- 8. Remove the tin and put in the last 1 part of the dough, and flatten. Steam Brownies for 25-30 minutes. Once cooked, remove the brownies pan and let it cool completely, before removing the brownies from the pan. Cut Brownies according to taste.
