Chocolate Yogurt Cheese Cake
Cake Ingredients
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 120 gr plain yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp good quality Munjung cocoa powder
- 80 gr sugar
- 100 ml good quality cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Creamcheese Ingredients
- 1 pcs cheese spread (sya: proch*z spread)
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
How to make
- A. Chocolate Yogurt Cake
- 1. In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, beat well using a whisk
- 2. Add baking powder and baking soda, mix well
- 3. Add cocoa powder, mix well using a whisk
- 4. Add flour and yogurt, beat with a whisk
- 5. Add cooking oil, mix well using a spatula
- 6. Put the dough in the brownie pan, leave a little to make a marble motif later, tap it so that the cake has a smooth pore
- 7. Steam over low heat. The first steam for 15 minutes, then pour with the cheese mixture and the remaining chocolate mixture, form a marble motif
- 8. Steam again for 20 minutes or until cooked
- 9. Cut into pieces before serving
- B. Make creamcheese
- 1. Put all the ingredients in a blender/chopper. Then blend until smooth
Note
- Steaming should really use low heat, so the results are smooth and not bumpy
- The length of time it takes to steam depends on the fire of each stove, test a skewer with a fork/toothpick to make sure it's cooked/not cooked
