White Coating Material

  • 3 eggs
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 drop Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp white skim
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml thick coconut milk

Green Layer

  • 3 eggs
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 drop Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp white skim
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml thick coconut milk
  • 50 ml pandan precipitate
  • (If you want a brighter color, add 2 drops of pandan paste/green dye)

Step

  • Boil the coconut milk until it boils, cool it down
  • • for the white and green layers: beat the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, skim until the sugar is dissolved then add the milk powder, flour, stir until there are no lumps while pouring the coconut milk and for the green layer, also pour the pandan precipitate.
  • • Steam the first layer (white) 100 ml, the next layer only 80 ml, after the last layer steam again for 25 minutes, let the cake cool then cut and serve.
  • * I use a brownie pan uk 21×9, the bottom is covered with oil, I also have a food grade plastic cover so it's easy to take it out
