Step
Boil the coconut milk until it boils, cool it down
• for the white and green layers: beat the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, skim until the sugar is dissolved then add the milk powder, flour, stir until there are no lumps while pouring the coconut milk and for the green layer, also pour the pandan precipitate.
• Steam the first layer (white) 100 ml, the next layer only 80 ml, after the last layer steam again for 25 minutes, let the cake cool then cut and serve.
