Pizza Cookies
Ingredients
- 150 gr butter
- 150 gr margarine
- 350 grams of medium protein flour
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 140 gr grated cheese
- 1 tbsp oregano (adjust to taste)
- enough bolonese sauce
Sprinkled
- Cheddar Cheese / Grated Parmesan
How to make
- 1. Mix and sift the flour, cornstarch and milk powder. Set aside.
- 2. Beat the butter briefly until soft (no need to be white). Add cheese mix well.
- 3. Enter the flour mixture, oregano stir until blended and the dough can be formed.
- 4. Roll out the dough thinly, then print with a triangular mold.
- 5. Arrange in a baking dish, spread with cheese sprinkled sauce.
- 6. Bake in an oven at 130°C on top and bottom until golden brown. Remove and cool.
Note
- Can use full margarine or butter according to taste
- The type and brand of cheese and sauce determines the level of saltiness, so adjust to taste
