  • 220 gr sugar

How to make

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 170′ C.
  • 2. Mix the butter and sugar until they are creamy and white.
  • 3. Lower the lowest speed, add the vanilla essence, followed by the eggs 1 by 1, each egg for 1 minute.
  • 4. Enter the mixture (flour, baking powder, and sifted salt) and lemon juice alternately starting with flour and ending with flour too
  • 5. Pour into a 30 cm loaf pan or 20 cm tulban which has been greased with butter
  • 6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 7. After room temperature, spread with Lemon Glazing 8. Ready to serve.
