Royko's Rendang Pizza Ingredients

  • 2 pizza breads ready to use
  • Rendang Sauce Ingredients:
  • 50 g onion, chopped
  • 250 ml soy milk V-soy
  • 80 gr green peas (soak overnight)
  • 1/2 pack of Royko Rendang Fried Rice
  • 2 tsp Royko Special Mushroom Broth
  • 100 ml water
  • oil for frying

Topping Ingredients

  • 100 gr champion mushroom, sliced
  • 50 gr enoki mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp white sesame, toasted
  • 1/2 tsp Royko Special Mushroom Broth
  • Sufficient spinach, boiled briefly

How to Make Royko's Rendang Pizza

  • Rendang Sauce:
  • 1. Sauté the onions until fragrant, then add the soy milk. Wait for it to boil.
  • 2. After boiling, add green beans, rendang fried rice seasoning, and royco mushroom broth. Add water.
  • 3. Cook over low heat and stir until the gravy shrinks.
  • Toppings:
  • Saute button mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and Royco Mushroom Broth, until wilted. Lift.

Solution

  • 1. On top of the pizza bread, spread the rendang sauce.
  • 2. Arrange the sauteed mushrooms, then grill on Teflon until fragrant. Lift.
  • 3. Garnish with spinach leaves and toasted sesame. Serve
