400 gr of powdered sugar (if you don't like it sweet, you can use only 300 gr)
300 gr triangular flour
400 gr butter (I use 100 gr margarine + 300 gr butter)
50 gr powdered milk
100 ml sweetened condensed milk (can reduce to 75 ml if you don't like it sweet)
6 egg whites, beaten separately
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp mocha
Method
Beat butter mixture with powdered sugar until white.
add the egg yolks one by one, beat for 3 minutes then add the sweetened condensed milk, beat again, for about 8-10 minutes.
then add the flour + milk powder, beat again with the lowest mixer speed until smooth (or stir with a spatula) lastly add the egg white mixture, stir again with a spatula until homogeneous..
Take a little dough mix with cocoa powder & a little more dough with moca paste..
Pour into a baking sheet that has been greased with butter/carlo (sprinkled with flour if an aluminum pan) and alternately pour the mixture of chocolate, mocha and white.
Bake with a fire up and down at a temperature of around 160'c for 20 minutes then lower it to 150° for about 40 minutes (depending on each oven, the temperature is not the same in each oven)
Take a toothpick test, let it cool for 5 minutes, then remove it from the tin, cut it into pieces...(the stay is getting better 😍👍🏻)
