  • ️150 gr glutinous rice flour
  • ️30 gr cornstarch
  • ️15 gr tapioca flour
  • ️75 gr sugar
  • ️300 gr liquid milk
  • ️10 gr oil
  • ️1 tbsp banana flavor

How to Make Skin

  • ️Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir until well blended, then put in a heat-resistant container and steam for 30 minutes until cooked. Then mix the dough with a spatula until it's smooth
  • ️Start to shape the dough according to your taste (use plastic hands so it doesn't stick), then fill it with the stuffing of sesame peanuts, round it back and then roll it into the coating material

Material contents

  • ️ 150 gr peanuts (fried first).
  • ️35-50 gr granulated sugar / refined sugar
  • ️30 gr toasted sesame nuts
  • ️a pinch of salt

How to Make Contents

  • ️ Mix peanuts and sugar, then process until smooth (you can use fp or a spice blender), then leave a little for the outer layer
  • ️ Mix the rest with the toasted sesame nuts and a little salt and stir until well blended. Ready for stuffing

Coating Material

  • ️ Peanuts that have been mashed + 1 tablespoon cornstarch or/and
  • ️ Roasted rice flour / corn flour
