Leather
- 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 120 gr Margarine
- 20 gr Refined Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ice Water
Brownies Ingredients
- 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
- 50 gr Margarine
- 20 ml Cooking Oil
- 2 eggs
- 120 gr Refined Sugar
- 100 gr Medium Protein Wheat Flour
- 25 gr cocoa powder
Toppings
- Almond Slice
- Chocochips
- Caramel Chocolate
How to Make Pie Brownies
- 1. Mix the flour, margarine, powdered sugar, ice water, stir using a fork until it becomes lumpy. Continue kneading by hand until a dough can be formed.
- 2. Print the dough on a pie pan that has been lightly smeared with margarine, prick the surface with a fork. Oven 170'C 15 minutes.
- 3. Brownies: Melt DCC, margarine and cooking oil. Beat eggs and powdered sugar until smooth, add melted DCC, beat well. Add flour and cocoa powder, mix well.
- 4. Pour the brownie mixture into the baked pie shell. Topping with almond slice, chocochips, caramel chocolate.
- 5. Oven at 170'C 35 minutes until cooked, adjust each oven.
