  • 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 120 gr Margarine
  • 20 gr Refined Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ice Water

Brownies Ingredients

  • 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
  • 50 gr Margarine
  • 20 ml Cooking Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 gr Refined Sugar
  • 100 gr Medium Protein Wheat Flour
  • 25 gr cocoa powder

Toppings

  • Almond Slice
  • Chocochips
  • Caramel Chocolate

How to Make Pie Brownies

  • 1. Mix the flour, margarine, powdered sugar, ice water, stir using a fork until it becomes lumpy. Continue kneading by hand until a dough can be formed.
  • 2. Print the dough on a pie pan that has been lightly smeared with margarine, prick the surface with a fork. Oven 170'C 15 minutes.
  • 3. Brownies: Melt DCC, margarine and cooking oil. Beat eggs and powdered sugar until smooth, add melted DCC, beat well. Add flour and cocoa powder, mix well.
  • 4. Pour the brownie mixture into the baked pie shell. Topping with almond slice, chocochips, caramel chocolate.
  • 5. Oven at 170'C 35 minutes until cooked, adjust each oven.
